How is pricing structured? +
Pricing is per facility, based on your resident count. There are no per-seat fees for clinical staff — add casuals, agency, allied health and lifestyle without watching a seat counter. Essential is published at $12 per resident per month; Complete is tailored to the modules and term you want. Contact us and we'll put together a quote for your facility size.
Can I start on Essential and upgrade later? +
Yes. Upgrading from Essential to Complete is straightforward and your existing data carries over. Many facilities start on Essential to get their team comfortable before enabling the additional modules.
Monthly or annual — what's the difference? +
Both are available. Annual agreements come with roughly a 15% discount versus monthly. There's no long lock-in either way — we'd rather earn your continued business than hold you to a contract.
What does onboarding look like? +
We work alongside your team to set up wards, roles, users and forms before go-live. Most facilities are fully operational within two to four weeks of kick-off. See our implementation page for the full process.
What about data security? +
Each facility's data is completely isolated under a multi-tenant architecture. Data is stored on Australian servers. CarePoint uses Argon2id password hashing and full audit logging on every action.
Do you support multi-site operators? +
Multi-site and enterprise functionality is on our roadmap. If you operate multiple facilities, get in touch — we can walk through what's currently available and what's planned.
What's not included in the per-resident price? +
Hardware (tablets, trolleys, scanners) and any third-party integrations specific to your facility. Everything in the platform itself — including updates, support, audit logging, multi-tenant hosting, and the admin panel — is covered.
